Rhino Products Group is Europe’s leading manufacturer of roof racks, steps, and accessories for commercial vehicles.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader reporting to the Operations Manager, to join our team based at our brand-new site in Nantwich.

Please note training will take place at our Deeside factory for approximately 4 – 8 weeks prior to starting at our Nantwich site.

Main Roles and Duties

  • Organise the resource to achieve the day-to-day tasks required
  • Coach & develop the team to deliver best practice
  • Ensure all goods are received safely and booked in within a timely manner – with any discrepancies/damage reported and dealt with immediately
  • Ensure all shipments are despatched and received to the end user safely and reporting any consignments that have failed to ship
  • Ensure all health and safety of warehouse racking, doors and FLT vehicles are checked daily
  • Accuracy of inventory and management of stock movement transactions are dealt with in line with company procedures
  • Assist in coordination of stock counts for both cycle counts, and annual stock takes
  • Maintaining agreed KPIs
  • Identify savings and improvements for all areas
  • Dealing with invoice queries and liaising with the Accounts department to resolve issues quickly
  • Opening & locking the business

Salary, Holidays, Working Hours & Benefits

Salary:  Attractive (will include a keyholder payment)

Holidays:  25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays (30 days in total)

Working Hours:  Monday – Friday 40 hours per week (8am to 5pm)
