Leading manufacturers of commercial vehicle accessories, the Rhino Products Group, have launched their own delivery service – Rhino Products Express.
The logistics and distribution sector saw severe impacts throughout the pandemic, resulting in longer delivery times and reduced levels of service for businesses across most industries, with the automotive aftermarket sector being no exception. Rhino saw this gap in the market as an opportunity to expand operations and start fulfilling customer orders themselves, to avoid these timely delays and ensure that their customers receive first-class levels of service from purchase, right through to delivery. The service is solely dedicated to Rhino’s commercial vehicle accessory products, including the popular range of roof racks, roof bars, ladder handling accessories, rear steps and pipe tubes.
Initially delivering within a 200km radius of Rhino’s head office in Ellesmere Port in Cheshire, Rhino Express has already made numerous deliveries, with all orders received by customers in pristine condition, on a next day delivery service, with exceptional feedback from customers already coming in.
We have been really impressed with the service levels provided by Rhino Express, even at this early stage in the service’s roll out.
All goods have been delivered exactly when they should have done, on time and most importantly in pristine condition. On top of this the politeness and dedication of the Rhino Express drivers is great to see too!
With an ethos centred around innovation and exceptional customer service, Rhino Products have exciting continuous growth plans, with large expansions already made throughout the past 5 years, from the acquisition of their passenger sidestep division AVS Steps in 2017, to moving into a new purpose-built factory and office in Ellesmere Port in 2020, alongside plans to release new products to market in the coming months.
I’m extremely proud to be launching Rhino Express. We saw a clear demand for a guaranteed next day delivery service of our products, with a strong focus on quality of delivery and service. This was previously commonplace within the commercial vehicle accessory sector, but since the pandemic, has not been possible to offer – for all businesses in our industry.
We are now once again confidently able to provide this level of service through Rhino Express, and we are hopeful that as well as providing our customers with the standard of service they deserve, it will also give us another edge over the competition.
Customer service remains at the forefront of all that we do, and we have been blown away by the fantastic feedback already received from our customers, which highlights that Rhino Express is already achieving this goal, and I look forward to continuing the expansion of this service in the coming months.
