The Rhino Products Group are hiring for a Sales Order Processor, to join a busy and fast-paced Sales & Customer Services team.

In early 2020, Rhino Products moved into a state of the art 55,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility and head office. Thanks to this enhanced space, Rhino staff are able to easily social distance throughout the building and all desks have been moved to ensure a 2m+ distance between all members of the team. We are proud to have an extensive internal Covid-19 policy to continue protecting our staff within the workplace at all times.

Dealing with incoming sales orders, you will need to ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, utilising our internal systems. You will be liaising with customers to ensure that they are updated with any issues which may arise throughout the ordering process, as well as continuously checking stock to ensure that orders will be dispatched on their due date.

You will be updating customer online EDI systems when necessary and responding to incoming customer service calls and emails, answering any queries promptly. Working with other internal departments you will review new products and maintain knowledge to ensure accurate advice and information is provided to customers, as well as supporting the team with any other office duties that may be needed, where reasonably instructed.

You will have previous practical experience of working in a data entry or related office role and will be able to effectively work within a team to complete tasks. Your communication skills, both verbally and written, will be excellent, and you will be able to maintain a calm and professional approach when working under pressure in a busy and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will also have previous experience of using MS Office and Excel, with quick typing skills and fantastic attention to detail.

In return, you will receive 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), private health care, employee recognition awards, a modern workplace with fantastic facilities and discounted gym membership at local training centres.
